Ezi-Dock Systems & Toyo-Hitec Company will be exhibiting at Interphex Japan 2011, which is being held at the Tokyo Big Sight towards the end of June.

The Ezi-Flow CSV4 Mark 2 High Containment Transfer System will be launched at the show.

The Ezi-Flow CSV4 Mark 1 version has been rapidly accepted as a highly effective method of contained product transfer and the new Mark 2 system delivers a number of significant improvements over the original.

Ezi-Dock Achieves ISO 9001 Registration

Following several months of preparation, Ezi-Dock Systems Limited have now been assessed and successfully approved, by QAS International, to a ISO 9001:2008 standard.

The approval covers for the Design, Manufacture and Supply of Industrial Packaging Solutions to the Food, Pharmaceutical, Biological & Fine Chemical Industries.

Ezi-Dock Systems & Contained Technologies will both be exhibiting at Interphex 2011 which is being held in New York, 29th-31st March 2011.

This annual event is a global showcase for leading edge technology and a product sourcing platform for Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industries.

Ezi-Dock and Contained Technologies will be launching a number of new products and innovations at the show, including a Single Use Powder Valve specifically designed for use with the Ezi-Dock range of Flexible Packaging and Product Containment Solutions.

Ezi-Flow CSV4 Achieves Total Containment Status

The recently launched Ezi-Flow CSV4 High Containment Transfer System has exceeded the expected level of containment that it could achieve.

OEL (Operator Exposure Level) testing to SMEPAC guidelines took place on 26th February 2010 by Envirotest Limited, using Meggle Sorbolac 400 Lactose Powder (<32 microns NLT90)

The Ezi-Flow CSV4 was tested to <1µg/m3 and comfortably achieved this level.
