Dust Free Powder Handling

Firstly, the company designs, manufactures and supplies Dust Free Powder Handling and Transfer systems which are based around a highly effective and Patent approved, low cost bulk powder connection system.

The EziDock™ system has a disposable 2 piece plastic docking ring that is fitted to the filling or discharge spout of an FIBC, Big Bag, Octabin or Bulk ISO Container Liner. The system is available in a wide range of sizes to suit your application. The Docking Rings can also be fitted directly onto Un-Lined FIBC's.

The EziDock™ system will guarantee a 100% Dust Free connection for powder and granulate transfer. Ultra fine products that are normally very problematic such as Carbon Black, Toner Powder and Highly Potent and Dangerous Pharmacueticals are handled with ease.

Although the EziDock™ disposable Docking Rings are very simple to fit, they are normally pre-fitted by the FIBC/Liner manufacturer and would be delivered to the load point ready for use.
